This is turning out to be another sad year for our volunteer organization. After ticket sales in January, FOIS invested a substantial portion of its share of ticket sales into a large 6 seat golf cart as well as a shipping container to hold all of our vehicles. Now that we are looking at refunding all tour tickets, we are looking at no income for the Society, however... Please stay tuned to our Facebook page and web site for an announcement of some exciting exclusive Friends of Oak Island Society merchandise as part of a fund raiser. We think fans and followers will be pretty delighted!
FOIS will initiate refunds for the balance of its tours over the next few weeks. Expect to see August tours refunded this week and September tours a week after this.
We thank all of you for your patience and strong fan support this season - its a tough time for everyone, everywhere. It’s been said so many times, but it is so true: We are all in this together.
